Abstract
Záměrem této diplomové práce je příprava návrhu a technické dokumentace pro výrobu oděvního výrobku. Tento výrobek má být zhotoven z textilie obsahující vodivá vlákna. Jelikož se jedná o tričko, zvolenou textilií je zde zátažná jednolícní pletenina. Tento výrobek má být primárně určen pro trh s reklamními a pracovními oděvy. V závislosti na výběr trhu je cílem navrhnout univerzální oděv. Jelikož se jedná o práci připravovanou pro firmu ADLER Czech, a.s., je nutné, aby výrobek splňoval podmínky zadání vývoje, které jsou dané na základě marketingového průzkumu trhu, konkurence a poptávky zákazníků. Tento produkt má rozšířit portfolio firmy a zaměřit se na produkci oděvů, které v minulosti firma nenabízela, ani nevyráběla, a hledá tímto způsobem nové zákazníky. Jelikož se jedná o výrobek pro speciální účely, je nutné podrobit materiály, které by mohly být použity pro jeho výrobu testování. V rámci této práce byla testována elektrická vodivost, potažmo elektrický odpor zátažných jednolícních pletenin obsahující různá vodivá vlákna či úpravy. Na konci práce je, k původnímu zadání navržení jednoho produktu, přidáno ještě několik návrhů oděvů, které by případně v budoucnu mohly rozšířit produktovou řadu firmy. Přínosem diplomové práce je praktické ověření elektrických vlastností textilií dodaných výrobcem z Číny.
The main intention of this thesis is preparation of design and technical documentation for a production of a garment. This garment should be made of a fabric containing conductive fibers. Since it should be a T-shirt, the fabric that was selected for this garment, is a single jersey knit. This product is primarily developed for advertising and work clothing market. According to the chosen markets, the main task is to design an universal garment. Because this thesis is based on the development task of the company ADLER Czech, a.s., it is necessary to fulfill the details of the task, which are given on the base of marketing market research, research of the competitors and demands from the customers. This product should enlarge the range of products of the company and focus on production of garments that have never been produced or offered before by the company. This should be one of the ways to find new customers. This product is made for special use, it is necessary to test the fabrics, which could be use for its production. The single jersey knits, with different types of conductive fibers or treatments, were tested for electrical conductivity and resistivity. At the end of this thesis there is a collection of few designs, which could enlarge the range of product in the future. The benefit of this work is the practical verification of the electrical properties of the fabrics supplies by the Chinese producer
