Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá třemi oblastmi - hodnocením prodyšnosti, hodnocením porosity a údržbou textilií. Hlavním tématem je ověření závislostí mezi výše uvedenými vlastnostmi textilií, pracími cykly a v neposlední řadě také strukturou tkaniny. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši vědeckých prací, které se zabývají danou problematikou. Uvádí možné způsoby hodnocení porosity a prodyšnosti. Pozornost je věnována také tomu, jaký význam má prodyšnost pro běžné uživatele. Konkrétně se vztahuje na materiály, ze kterých se zhotovují pracovní oděvy. Tato část práce se dál zabývá vztahem mezi strukturou tkaniny a prodyšností. A také vlivem údržby tkanin na jejich kvalitativní vlastnosti. V experimentální části práce obsahuje statistické vyhodnocení změn prodyšností na základě počtu pracích cyklů. Vysvětluje dynamiku změn prodyšnosti. Ověřuje závislost mezi porositou a prodyšností u jednotlivých tkanin. V závěru se práce zabývá otázkou, jak výsledné vlastnosti tkanin - po 50ti pracích cyklech - ovlivňují kvalitu pracovních oděvů.
The thesis deals with three areas - evaluation of permeability, evaluation of porosity, and maintenance of textiles. The main theme will verify the relationships between the above-mentioned properties of textiles, washing cycles, and last but not least the structure of the fabric. The theoretical part is devoted to research of scientific papers dealing with the issue. It highlights possible ways of assessing porosity and permeability. Attention is also given to understanding the importance of permeability for common users. Specifically, it refers to materials which are used for manufacturing of work clothes. This part further deals with the relationship between the structure and breathability of fabrics and the influence of fabric maintenance on their qualities. The experimental part includes statistical evaluation of permeability changes based on the washing cycle. It explains the dynamics of changes in permeability. It verifies the dependence between porosity and permeability of individual fabrics. In conclusion, the thesis deals with the question of how the final properties of fabrics - after 50 washing cycles - affect the quality of work clothes.
