Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testováním bavlněných textilií upravených laboratorní i provozní mercerací a louhováním a porovnáním změn vlastností s toutéţ textilií bez úpravy. V teoretické části je popsána bavlna, její sloţení a vlastnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje proces mercerace a louhování a její důsledky po aplikaci na bavlnu. Představeny jsou zde vybrané chemické, mechanické a optické metody testování změn vlastností mercerované textilie jako je barvení, zkouška pevnosti, Baryové číslo nebo elektronová rastrovací mikroskopie. V experimentální části jsou popsány testované materiály, postupy mercerace a louhování a procesy jednotlivých provedených zkoušek na materiálech bez úpravy, po provozní i laboratorní merceraci a louhování. Změny vlastností jsou statisticky vyhodnoceny a graficky znázorněny. Účelem experimentu je zjištění vlivu mercerace/louhování pomocí NaOH o různých koncentracích na bavlnu.
This thesis deals with the testing laboratory modified cotton fabrics and operational mercerization and leaching properties and by comparison with the same fabric without modification. The theoretical part describes cotton its composition and properties. The theoretical part includes the process of mercerization and leaching, and its effects when applied to cotton. Presented here are selected chemical, mechanical and optical methods of testing changes in properties such as mercerization fabric dyeing, strength test, Baryo´s number and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental section describes the materials tested, mercerization and procedures and processes of leaching tests, performed on materials without modification, and the operational and laboratory mercerization and leaching. Changes in properties are statistically evaluated and graphically displayed. The purpose of the experiment is to determine the effect of mercerization / leaching with NaOH of different concentrations for cotton.
