Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na kalibraci přístroje M021S pro měření prodyšnosti plošných textilií. Cílem práce je uvedení přístroje M021S do provozu a umožnit tak na něm běžně měřit prodyšnost textilií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na propustnost textilií a mikroklimatické podmínky vzduchu. Dále na vlastnosti příze a tkaniny, které mají vliv na prodyšnost. Následující kapitola je věnována porozitě a pórům v tkanině, která z prodyšností úzce souvisí. Poslední kapitola se zabývá predikcí prodyšnosti. Experimentální část je následně zaměřena na experimentální zjišťování prodyšnosti a popis a přístrojů, na kterých bylo prováděno měření prodyšnosti. Dále je zde popsáno zprovoznění přístroje M021S. Výsledky měření prodyšnosti z přístrojů jsou pak statisticky zpracovány. Na závěr je uvedeno porovnání těchto přístrojů a následné vyhodnocení výsledků měření.
This diplom work is focused on calibration of the machine M021S for measuring the air permeability of the textiles. Aim of this work is to put the machine M021S to operation and make it possible to meassure the air permeability of the textiles. Theoretical part is focused on permeability of the textiles and microclimatic conditions of an air. Also it is focused on the features of the yarn and fabric which influence the permeability. Next chapter is given to porosity and pores in the fabric, which is closely associated with the air permeability. Last chapter deals with prediction of the air permeability. The experimental part is then focused on experimental measurement of the air permeabilty and description of the machines, which were used to measure the air permeability. Also, there is described launching of the machine M021S. The results of measurement the air permeabilty are then statisticially processed. In the end there is specified a comparison of these machines and evaluation of the results of measurements.
