Podniková praxe jako odraz politiky zaměstnanosti České republiky

In my thesis I deal with the state policy of employment in the Czech Republic and its impact on entrepreneurs. The goal of this work is to find out the actual status and to evaluate what way is the active and passive policy of employment reflected in entrepreneurs' experience. First part of the work describes unemployment terminology and the linking-up of the Czech policy of employment with strategic recommendations of EU along with the characteristics of particular instruments with the current legislation. Second part of this work elaborates on selected topics survey search and its outcome. Third part then describes in detail an application of specific instrument of active policy in company LUKRA - Connect, s.r.o. in the period of culmination of economic recession in 2009. In concluding part possible improvements are suggested for achieving higher effectivity of the employment policy of the Czech Republic.
