- ItemVliv relaxace na děti s poruchou pozornosti s hyperaktivitou předškolního věku(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2009) Nováková, Ivana; Michalová, ZdeňkaSummary: The bachelor's thesis dealt with problems of ADHD relating to children of pre-school age. Its target was to determine the frequency of occurrences of particular symptoms typical for this syndrome, and possibilities to ease the signs of symptoms by using the combination of various relaxation techniques. This aim was achieved. The thesis was formed by two fundamental areas. The theoretical part explained the problems of ADHD symptoms as well as various relaxation techniques with the help of elaborating expert sources. The practical part involved a questionnaire for nursery school teachers to trace the occurrence of particular symptoms in pre-school children diagnosed with ADHD and the modulation of these symptoms during a six-month relaxation program. The results showed an improvement of symptoms in all the children involved with the relaxation program. The biggest contribution to the task was probably the discovery that the symptoms of ADHD can be reduced by a combination of different relaxation techniques, and consequently consideration of the suitability to apply these techniques during work in nursery schools.
