    Marketingová strategie jazykové školy Swallow School of English

    This graduation thesis deals with a marketing study of the language school Swallow School of English which provides services connected with teaching of English language in Liberec. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the marketing activities of the language school, to compare its offers with the competitive companies in Liberec and to suggest some new marketing tools to improve its services. There are theoretical parts in the graduation thesis which include the description of the basic marketing activities, setting up the business and competition analysis. These parts are always followed by practical sections which involve concrete issues. The final part contains the analysis of customers´ satisfaction with services provided by the company on the basis of questionnaires. This questionnaire analysis is also deducing some recommendations for the company to improve the services and the marketing communication.

    Programy podporující rozvoj venkova v České republice

    This Bachelor Thesis on the theme {\clqq}Programs supporting rural development in the Czech Republic`` is focused on supporting of rural development with the European Union sources and national sources. The aim of this thesis is to emphasize the importance of regional policy of the European Union and the Czech Republic in context of rural development. Another aim is to describe particular aims and tools of the support. In the Bachelor Thesis there are structural funds mentioned, then state structure in different categories, and programs and financial support which are used by country-side like the tools of its development and also their alocation for targets setting. Part of the thesis is also application of this topic for the present situation of Kralovehradecky region and {\clqq}LAG Hradec countryside`` which is situated in this area. There are concrete requests for support and dotations mentioned at the end of the thesis which Microregion Urbanicka brazda asked for in 2009 and examples of realization and also suggested projects in the same year.
