dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá Romy v České republice a jejich zkušenostmi na trhu práce. Text je rozdělen do teoretické a empirické části. Zatímco teoretická část zahrnuje základní východiska pro pochopení dané problematiky, praktická obsahuje popis metodologie k získání informací od respondentů ohledně jejich míry vzdělanosti a následných zkušeností s umístěním a fungováním na trhu práce, analýzu a interpretaci získaných dat. Ke zjištění daných výsledků byla zvolena metoda dotazování formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Respondenti byli vybráni na základě dvou kritérií a to, příslušnost k romskému etniku a dosažené minimálně střední vzdělání s maturitou. Účastníci empirického šetření jsou ze dvou regionů, konkrétně z Ústeckého a Libereckého kraje, aby výsledky průzkumu neodrážely situaci jedné konkrétní oblasti.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the Roma people in the Czech Republic and their experiences in the labour market. The text is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and an empirical part. While the theoretical part provides the basic foundations necessary to understand the topic, the practical part includes a description of the methodology used to collect information from the respondents about their level of education and their subsequent experiences with placement and functioning in the labour market, as well as the analysis and interpretation of the collected data. To obtain these results, the method of narrative interviews was chosen. Respondents were selected based on two criteria: belonging to the Roma ethnic group and having achieved at least secondary education with a final exam. The participants in the empirical study come from two regions, specifically the Ústí nad Labem and Liberec regions, to ensure that the survey results do not reflect the situation of only one particular area.	en
