Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace. V teoretické části jsou přiblíženy některé aspekty neziskové oblasti, a to včetně požadavků na neziskové organizace, cílů neziskových organizací a zakotvení v legislativě České republiky. Dále jsou vymezeny některé z metod finanční analýzy, které jsou využívány pro neziskovou oblast. Tyto metody jsou aplikovány v praktické části při hodnocení hospodaření konkrétní neziskové organizace.
V praktické části je přestavena zvolená nezisková organizace ADRA o.p.s., její historie, organizační struktura, ale i zdroje financování organizace. Ke zhodnocení hospodaření jsou využity metody z teoretické části. Hodnocení je prováděno v období od roku 2018 do roku 2022 na základě volně dostupných výročních zpráv. Výsledné hodnoty poměrových ukazatelů jsou porovnány i s jinou neziskovou společností, tak aby vznikl ucelenější pohled na problematiku.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the management of a selected non-profit organization. In the theoretical part, some aspects of the non-profit sector are presented, including the requirements for non-profit organizations, the objectives of non-profit organizations and their anchoring in the legislation of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, some of the methods of financial analysis used for the non-profit sector are selected. These methods are applied in the practical part when evaluating the management of a particular non-profit organization. In the practical part the selected non-profit organization ADRA o.p.s., its history, organizational structure and sources of financing of the organization are presented. The methods from the theoretical part are used to evaluate the management. The evaluation is carried out in the period from 2018 to 2022 on the basis of freely available annual reports. The resulting ratio values are also compared with another non-profit company to provide a more comprehensive view of the issue.
