dc.description.abstract	The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the conditions of entry of the Volksbank Löbau-Zittau eG on the market of precious metals investment in the Prague region. Tool for assessing the conditions became situational analysis, in which were assessed the components of micro- and macro-environment. The result of this analysis is a recommendation to enter the precious metals market in Prague. Intermediate objectives of the thesis were to compile the corresponding profile of the bank, to characterize the precious metals investment and their investment value to the community, to analyze the economic environment, competition, customers and business base of the bank.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení podmínek vstupu Volksbank Löbau-Zittau eG na trh drahých investičních kovů v regionu Praha. Nástrojem pro vyhodnocení podmínek se stala situační analýza, v níž byly posuzovány jednotlivé složky mikro- a makroprostředí. Výsledkem analýzy jsou doporučení pro vstup banky na trh s drahými kovy v Praze. Dílčími cíli diplomové práce bylo sestavit odpovídající profil banky, charakterizovat drahé investiční kovy a jejich investiční význam pro společnost, zanalyzovat ekonomické prostředí, konkurenci, zákazníky a podnikovou základnu banky.	cs
