| dc.description.abstract | The goal of the bachelors´ work is to evaluate problems of the Table tennis youth sport centers and find out whether the system of the Youth sport centers will be able to work more efficient in upcoming years. In the theoretical part is paid attention to the development, criteria for obtaining status of a center and comparison with other sports. The analysis of contemporary situation that has been done shows up as an optimal solution for the central care of youth and for establishing of the Youth representation centers. In conclusion of my work there is a recommended program which should help with greater progress of talented youth table tennis players in the Czech Republic. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit problematiku Sportovních center mládeže ve stolním tenisu a zjistit, zda by systém Sportovních center mládeže mohl v nejbližších letech pracovat efektivněji. Teoretická část je věnována vývoji, kritériím pro získání statutu střediska a porovnání s ostatními sporty. Provedená analýza současného stavu prokazuje jako optimální řešení centrální péči o mládež a zavedení Reprezentačních center mládeže. V závěrech práce je doporučený program, který by měl dopomoci k lepšímu rozvoji talentovaných stolních tenistů v České republice. | cs |
