Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou metodiky hodnocení investičních projektů dle požadavků společnosti Festool s.r.o. a její následnou aplikací na konkrétní investiční projekt. Cílem je navrhnout komplexní metodiku pro hodnocení investic před i v průběhu jejich realizace a vytvořit šablonu, kterou bude společnost pro hodnocení v budoucnu používat. Rešeršní část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska spojená s investicemi a metody jejich hodnocení. Analytická část představuje společnost Festool s.r.o. a její investiční projekty vč. současného způsobu hodnocení. Praktická část na základě identifikovaných nedostatků a požadavků navrhuje nový způsob, jak investice hodnotit. V poslední části je navržená metodika hodnocení aplikována na vybraný investiční projekt a je provedena stručná analýza rizika. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky vyhodnocení investičního projektu investice i použitelnosti navržené metodiky a je připojeno vlastní doporučení pro společnost, jak metodiku a šablonu používat.
This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of methodology for the evaluation of investment projects according to the requirements of Festool s.r.o. and its subsequent application to a specific investment project. The aim is to design a comprehensive methodology for the evaluation of investments before and during their implementation and also to create a template that the company can use for evaluation in the future. The research portion of this thesis is focused on theoretical background related to investments and methods of their evaluation. The analytical portion presents Festool s.r.o. and its investment project, including the current evaluation method. Based on the identified shortcomings and requirements, the practical portion propose a new way of evaluating investments. In the last portion, the proposed evaluation methodology is applied to a selected investment project. This portion also includes a brief risk analysis. Evaluated results of the investment project and the applicability of the proposed methodolohy can be found in a summarized form in the conclusion of the thesis. Lastly, a personal recommendation to the company about how to use the methodology and template is also included.
