dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá sestavením vhodného pracoviště pro vyvažování válcových kartáčů ve firmě Benteler. V práci byly přiblíženy informace o nevyváženosti strojních dílů a následné eliminace tohoto nežádoucího faktoru. Dále práce seznamuje čtenáře s metodami vyvažování strojních dílů a jejich postupů měření. V práci byly uvedeny informace o vibracích, jako je například jejich význam nebo vliv vibrací na chod stroje. Další součástí práce byla rešerše analyzátoru vibrací a následné srovnání a výběr nejvhodnější vyhodnocovací aparatury. V následující části práce byl sestaven ideový návrh měřícího rámu. Tato část se zabývá údaji o používaných kartáčích ve firmě Benteler, jejich uchycení, rozměrech a pracovních otáčkách, dále pak o podstavě kartáče a vyčíslení charakteristických veličin měřícího rámu. K ideovému návrhu byly také sepsány informace o potřebném motoru, rozvodné skříni a bezpečnosti pracoviště. Další část práce byla zaměřena na rešerši vhodných metod pro měření na stroji. Pro každou metodu byla vybrána jiná elektro výzbroj a její realizace. Z metod byla následně vybrána nejvhodnější. Na závěr byl k vybrané metodě vytvořen popis funkce a také program.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This work deals with the assembly of a suitable workplace for balancing roller brushes in the company Benteler. The work presented information about the imbalance of machine parts and the subsequent elimination of this undesirable factor. Furthermore, the work acquaints the reader with the methods of balancing machine parts and their measurement procedures. The work provided information about vibrations, such as their importance or the effect of vibrations on the operation of the machine. Another part of the work was a search of the vibration analyzer and the subsequent comparison and selection of the most suitable evaluation apparatus. In the following part of the work, the conceptual design of the measuring frame was compiled. This section deals with data on the brushes used in the Benteler company, their attachment, dimensions and working speed, as well as on the base of the brush and the quantification of the characteristic values of the measuring frame. Information about the required engine, distribution box and workplace safety was also written for the conceptual design. Another part of the work was focused on the search for suitable methods for measuring on the machine. Different electrical equipment and its implementation were chosen for each method. The most suitable method was then selected. Finally, a description of the function and also a program were created for the selected method.	en
