dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce si klade za cíl komplexní vyhodnocení připravenosti trhu práce v České republice, na výzvy spojené s nástupem čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, přičemž se zaměřuje nejenom na nabídku a poptávku po práci, ale také na nové požadavky na potenciální zaměstnance, připravenost vzdělávacích institucí, nové generace pracovníků a konkrétního výrobního podniku. První kapitola představuje vývoj průmyslových revolucí, jejich vlivu na pracovní trh a vymezuje specifika Průmyslu 4.0. Druhá kapitola vymezuje problematiku trhu práce a zjišťuje nové požadavky zaměstnavatelů, které jsou na uchazeče v oborech souvisejících se čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí, kladeny. Třetí kapitola hodnotí postavení České republiky v rámci Evropské unie, z hlediska úrovně její digitální vyspělosti a zkoumá pružnost českého vzdělávacího systému a připravenost generace Z na nové požadavky trhu práce. Závěrečná část se soustředí na míru připravenosti společnosti JAWA Moto spol. s r. o., včetně současné úrovně automatizace a její připravenosti na čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis aims to comprehensively evaluate the readiness of the labour market in the Czech Republic for the challenges associated with the onset of the fourth industrial revolution, focusing not only on the supply and demand for labour, but also on the new requirements for potential employees, the readiness of educational institutions, the new generation of workers and the specific manufacturing enterprise. The first chapter presents the evolution of the industrial revolutions, their impact on the labour market and defines the specificities of Industry 4.0. The second chapter defines the labour market issues and identifies the new demands employers are placing on candidates in fields related to the fourth industrial revolution. The third chapter assesses the position of the Czech Republic within the European Union, in terms of its level of digital maturity and examines the flexibility of the Czech education system and the readiness of Generation Z for the new labour market requirements. The final section focuses on the level of preparedness of JAWA Moto spol. s r. o., including the current level of automation and its readiness for the fourth industrial revolution.	en
