Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na regionální rozdíly v problematice nezaměstnanosti meziokresy Libereckého kraje. Jejím cílem je charakterizovat a posoudit, do jaké míry jeaplikovaná národní politika zaměstnanosti a kohezní politika přizpůsobená specifikůmregionů. Teoretická část popisuje činitele působící na trhu práce v lokálním měřítku aproblematiku regionálního rozvoje jako faktory, které jsou příčinou regionálních rozdílůnezaměstnanosti. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu prostředí trhu práce a vlivů naněj v daném kraji na základě dosavadního vývoje. Za použití deduktivních metod akomparace specifik nezaměstnanosti v lokálním měřítku nastiňuje podmínky regionálníhotrhu práce a ukazuje odlišnosti, na které se lze zaměřit při řešení aplikace nástrojů aktivnípolitiky zaměstnanosti a navrhuje některé možnosti těchto řešení.
The thesis is focused on the issue of regional differences in unemployment compared in thedistricts of the Liberec region. Its aim is to characterize and assess the extent to which theapplied national employment policy and cohesion policy is accommodated to the specificsof regions. The theoretical part describes the factors acting on the labour market on a locallevel and the regional development as factors that cause regional disparities inunemployment. The practical part focuses on the analysis of environment and labour marketand the influences on it in the region on the basis of current development. Using deductivemethods and comparison of local areas it outlines the conditions of regional labour marketand demonstrates its specific possibilities.
