Abstract
ANOTACE: Cílem této diplomové práce je posoudit možnost použití ultrazvuku k intenzifikaci zušlechtovacích operací, se speciálním zretelem na proces vypírání substantivne natahujících barviv z bavlnené tkaniny. V teoretické cásti práce je vypracován základní prehled barvení bavlny, dále základy ultrazvuku, vcetne použití ultrazvuku pro praní textilií dle dostupné odborné literatury. Experimentální cást práce je zamerena na testování vlivu ruzných reakcních parametru (tj. doba pusobení ultrazvuku, teplota lázne, velikost intenzity a frekvence) na proces vypírání prímých a reaktivních barviv z bavlnené tkaniny.
ANNOTATION: The aim of this diploma work is to review a possibility of ultrasound usage in order to intensify refining operations, in a special consideration of washing process of substantive dyes from a cotton textile. An essential overview of cotton dying and principles of ultrasound, including a using of ultrasound for textiles washing according to an obtainable technical literature, are processed in the theoretical part of the work. The experimental part of the work is focused on a testing of effect of various reactive parameters (i.e. a time of ultrasound activity, a bath temperature, size of intensity and frequency) on washing process of direct and reactive dyes from the cotton textile.
