dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with the problems of seniors{\crq} needs, and it is based on experience of the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav. The objective of this bachelor thesis was to review the activities of the Homecare Service and its services, and to find out, by means of a questionnaire survey, whether its clients are satisfied with the services of the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav. The intention of this thesis was to point at the services provided by the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav and to inform about seniors{\crq} needs. Above all, the thesis is based on the hypotheses that seniors will express their satisfaction with the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav and that the Homecare Services respects Standard 13 and informs properly about its services. To learn about the clients{\crq} satisfaction with the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav, a poll was carried out, using the questionnaire survey technique. The respondents of the questionnaire survey were 100 client of the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav. The main result of the questionnaire survey is represented by proposals to optimize the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav. Other methods applied in this bachelor thesis were document analysis and secondary sources analysis. The main outcome, resulting from the carried out survey, is that most clients are satisfied with the services and that they are informed, as stipulated by Standard 13, observed by the Homecare Service in Mladá Boleslav.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou potřeb seniorů a vycházela z poznatků o Pečovatelské službě v Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo podání přehledu o působení Pečovatelské služby, o jejích službách a pomocí ankety zjistit, zda jsou uživatelé služeb spokojeni s Pečovatelskou službou v Mladé Boleslavi. Smyslem této práce bylo poukázat na služby, které Pečovatelská služba Mladá Boleslav nabízí a seznámit s potřebami seniorů. Hlavním předpokladem bakalářské práce byly hypotézy, že senioři vyjádří spokojenost s pečovatelskou službou v Mladé Boleslavi a že Pečovatelská služba v Mladé Boleslavi dodržuje standard 13 a řádně informuje o svých službách. Pro zjištění spokojenosti uživatelů s Pečovatelskou službou Mladá Boleslav byla využita metoda dotazování s technikou ankety. Respondenty ankety bylo 100 uživatelů Pečovatelské služby Mladá Boleslav. Hlavním výstupem ankety byly náměty na optimalizaci Pečovatelské služby Mladá Boleslav. Dalšími metodami užitými v bakalářské práci byla analýza dokumentů a analýza sekundárních zdrojů. Hlavním závěrem, který plyne z realizovaného průzkumu je, že uživatelé jsou v převážné většině spokojeni se službami a jsou informováni, což plyne ze standardu 13, který Pečovatelská služba Mladá Boleslav dodržuje.cs
