Abstract
Bakalářská práce Implementace řešení SAP pro malé a střední podniky v ČR pojednává o nasazení produktu SAP, a to konkrétně modulu FI, pro malé a střední podniky v České republice. Zachycuje modelovou situaci přípravných prací, před samotnou fyzickou implementací informačního systému, která je zpracovaná metodikou případové studie. Práce se věnuje primárně finančnímu odvětví organizace. Mezi jednotlivé fáze patří výběr dodavatele, analýzy prostředí a procesů, a také návrh nových procesů. Obsahem práce je také porovnání výsledných požadavků s možnostmi standartních funkcionalit systému SAP, a případném programovém rozšíření dodavatelskou společností. Pro tuto modelovou situaci byl vytvořen fiktivní subjekt, který poslouží k vytvoření případové studie implementace SAP pro malé a střední podniky, která se zaměřuje na jednotlivé kroky rozhodnutí podniku o implementace, jeho přípravy na daný projekt, a také analýzu a novou definici procesů jako přípravu pro fyzickou implementaci.
Bachelor thesis Implementation of SAP solution for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic discusses the deployment of SAP product, namely module FI, for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. It captures the model situation of preparatory work, before the physical implementation of the information system, which is elaborated by the methodology of the case study. The work is primarily devoted to the financial sector of the organization. The phases include vendor selection, environmental analysis, and processes, as well as the design of new processes. The content of the work is also a comparison of the resulting requirements with the capabilities of the standard functionalities of the SAP system and possible program extension of the supplier company. For this model situation, a fictionalized entity was created to create a case study of SAP implementation for small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on the individual steps of the company's decision on implementation, its preparation for the project, as well as analysis and a new definition of processes as preparation for physical implementation.
