| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem hotelu na útesu Murro di Porco nedaleko sicilského města Syrakusy a hledá využití přilehlého majáku. Zadání vychází z podmínek architektonické soutěže. Návrh hotelu se snaží o respektování charakteristik daného místa: jeho jedinečnosti, přírodních podmínek i již existující budovy majáku. Budova hotelu svým objemem nenarušuje panorama útesu a nabízí zázemí pro sportovní aktivity i vstup do moře. Hotel cílí na sportovce, zejména na horolezce a vodáky, kteří mohou využít hotel jako zázemí pro výlety po okolí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This work deals with designing a hotel building on Murro di Porco cliff near Syracusy, Sicily and it also searches for the use of a nearby lighthouse. The work assignment is based on the conditions of past architectural competition. The proposal aims at respecting the characteristics of the place: its uniqueness, natural conditions and the existing building of the lighthouse. The building does not interfere with the panorama of the cliff and it offers a range of sports facilities and access to the sea. The hotel aims at sporty people, especially on climbers and watermen who can use it as a base for exploring the surroundings. | en |
