Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na živnostenské podnikání v České republice a v Evropské unii pro osoby samostatně výdělečně činné. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů, jako je živnost, rozdělení živností, živnostenský úřad a kontrola. Popisuje také v rámci Evropské unie volný pohyb služeb, který umožňuje přeshraniční poskytování služeb nebo usazení v členském státě. V praktické části je zjišťováno, za jakých podmínek na základě usazení lze založit živnostenské oprávnění v Polské republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo.
The thesis focuses on trade business of self-employed in the Czech Republic and European Union. The theoretical part deals with explanation of terms such as trade, division of trades, trade office and inspection. It also describes free movement of services which allows international trade within European Union and settlement of business in a member state. In a practical part is examined in what conditions it can be established trade license in Poland and in Germany.
