dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního záměru a jeho dopadu do finanční výkonnosti zvoleného podniku. Cíle jsou dosaženy pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. První část se opírá o teoretická východiska týkající se problematiky investic, způsobů financování a metod hodnocení investic. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a konkrétním investičním záměrem. Tento projekt je analyzován pomocí dynamických metod, které slouží k vyhodnocení efektivnosti investic, a pomocí poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy sloužící k posouzení finanční výkonnosti. Tyto nástroje hodnocení jsou vypočteny za využití výpočtů dle matematických operací. Následně je provedeno celkové shrnutí výsledných hodnot těchto ukazatelů a doporučení, zda je investiční záměr vhodný k realizaci. Poté je zpracována SWOT analýza podniku. Na závěr diplomové práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment plan and its impact on the financial performance of the selected company. The objectives are achieved by the using selected financial analysis indicators. The first part is based on the theoretical background concerning investment issues, financing methods and investment evaluation methods. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the selected company and the specific investment plan. This project is analysed by using dynamic method to evaluate the efficiency of the investment and using financial analysis ratios to asses financial performance. These evaluation tools are calculated using calculations according to mathematical operations. Subsequently, an overall summary of the resulting values of these ratio is made and recommendation is made as to whether the investment plan is suitable for implementation. After that, a SWOT analysis of the company is prepared. At the end of the thesis, suggestions and recommendations are given.	en
