Abstract
Tato práce představuje problematiku lidských zdrojů ve studentské neziskové organizaci Erasmus Student Network v Liberci. V teoretické části se vyskytují dílčí a důležité činnosti každého HR manažera, který se lidskými zdroji zabývá. Najdete zde možnosti, jak efektivně nabrat nové členy organizace, jak je motivovat a udržet si je, jak provádět coaching a tak dále. Jako podtržení práce teoretické je vytvořena příručka pro nastávající HR manažery a pro osoby, kteří se o problematiku řízení lidských zdrojů zajímají.
This thesis presents the issue of Human Resources in the student non-profit organization Erasmus Student Network in Liberec. In the theoretical part, there are partial and important activities of every HR manager who deals with human resources. You will find ways to effectively recruit new members to your organization, how to motivate and retain them, how to conduct coaching, and so on. As underlining of the theoretical work, a handbook is created for future HR managers and for people who are interested in the issue of human resources management.
