dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce si klade za cíl identifikovat možné dopady Průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce v Libereckém kraji. Předmětem je zjistit, jak jsou na tom s Průmyslem 4.0 ve firmách v Liberci a okolí. V teoretické části je na základě literárních rešerší charakterizován koncept Průmyslu 4.0, vysvětleny jsou významné technologie, výhody a nevýhody Průmyslu 4.0. Další kapitola teoretické části popisuje současnou situaci na trhu práce v České republice. Jaké jsou vlivy nahrazování práce technikou, očekávané dopady na pracovní pozice nebo vznik nových pracovních příležitostí. K naplnění cíle Bakalářské práce byly formulovány výzkumné otázky, na které se získávaly odpovědi pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Následně byly výsledky vyhodnoceny, zpracovány do grafů a bylo navrženo řešení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis aims to identify the possible impacts of Industry 4.0 on manufacturing companies in the Liberec region. In the theoretical part, the concept of Industry 4.0 is characterized on the basis of literature research, significant technologies, advantages and disadvantages of Industry 4.0 are explained. The next chapter of the theoretical part describes the current situation on the labor market in the Czech Republic. What are the effects of replacing work with technology, the expected effects on jobs or the creation of new job opportunities. To fulfill the objective of the Bachelor thesis, research questions were formulated, to which answers were obtained using a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, the results were evaluated, processed into graphs and a solution proposed.en
