Abstract
Cílem práce je seznámení se s problematikou zkoumání fyziologického experimentu. Hlavní směr je zaměřen na alternativní metody hodnocení komfortu oděvů a těmi jsou termální figuríny. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních oblastí. První se zabývá komfortem a fyziologií lidského organizmu se zaměřením na termoregulaci. Druhá je zaměřena na rozdělení způsobů zkoumání fyziologického experimentu a jeho metod. Zahrnuje stručné porovnání jejich výhod a nevýhod. Poslední a nejdůležitější částí je popis termálních figurín. Tato část se zabývá různými technologickými a konstrukčními řešeními jednotlivých figurín, jejich využitím a vlastnostmi ovlivňujícími jednotlivé fyziologické experimenty.
The purpose of this thesis is to introduce issues of physiological experiment research. The base line is focused on alternative methods of clothing comfort assessment using thermal manikins. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first deals with comfort and physiology of the human organism with a view to thermoregulation. The second part is focused on the division of physiological experiment research and its methods and includes brief comparison of advantages and disadvantages. The last and most important part is a description of thermal manikins. This part deals with various technological and structural solutions of these manikins, with their potential utilization and attributes which can affect individual physiological experiments.
