Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Vzdělávání zaměstnanců jako faktor konkurenceschopnosti podniku se zaměřuje na analýzu vzdělávacího systému ve vybraném podniku. Tím byla zvolena společnost Matrix a. s. působící v Královéhradeckém kraji, která se zaměřuje na různé oblasti podnikání. První část pojednává o vzdělávání zaměstnanců a konkurenceschopnosti v teoretickém kontextu. Hlavní část práce spočívá ve vymezení vzdělávání v rámci České republiky, v Královéhradeckém kraji a ve vybraném podniku. Nedílnou součástí je i dotazníkové šetření, které bylo realizováno ve společnosti Matrix a. s., s cílem zjištění názorů zaměstnanců podniku Matrix a. s. na jeho vzdělávací aktivity. Z výsledků diplomové práce vyplývá, že zaměstnanci společnosti Matrix a. s. vnímají své vzdělávání jako jeden z prvků konkurenceschopnosti svého zaměstnavatele,a že jsou se svým vzděláváním uvnitř podniku spokojeni jen z části.
The diploma thesis entitled Education of Employees as a Factor of Business Competitiveness is focussed on the analysis of education system in chosen company. The examined company is Matrix a. s. acting in Hradec Králové Region, which is engaged in different business areas. The first part of thesis deals with the education of employees and business competitiveness in theoretical context. The main part consists in examination of the education in Czech Republic, in Hradec Králové Region and in selected company. An integral part of the thesis is a survey, which was realized in company Matrix a. s., its purpose was to find out the employee's opinion on its educational activities. The result of this thesis proves that employees of the company find their education as a factor of business competitiveness of their employer and that they are satisfied with their education in the company only partially.
