dc.description.abstractThis work deals with the structural policy in the European Union. It shortly describes its history and focuses in details on periods between 2000 â 2006 and 2007 â 2013. A part of the description is also the application of structural policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. The consequences of the structural policy of the EU in the Czech Republic and Portugal are compared in the last chapter. These consequences are predicted by the macroeconomic model HERMIN. I came to the conclusion that the consequences of the structural policy of the EU could be positively valued. The policy impacts positively on decreasing the differences between regions in the general macroeconomic indicators. This applies mainly for the poorer part of Europe. If the results comport with the embedded resources is the question rather political. Inconsiderable aspect of the structural policy of the EU is its ability to raise solidarity between the individual countries and inhabitants of the European Union.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o strukturální politice Evropské unie. Krátce popisuje její historii a poté se detailněji věnuje období 2000 - 2006 a 2007 - 2013. Součástí popisu je i aplikace strukturální politiky EU na území ČR. V poslední části jsou porovnávány dopady strukturální politiky EU na Českou republiku a Portugalsko. Tyto dopady jsou predikovány makroekonomickým modelem HERMIN.Došel jsem k závěru, že dopady strukturální politiky EU lze hodnotit pozitivně. Politika má kladné dopady na snižování rozdílů mezi regiony v hlavních makroekonomických ukazatelích. To platí zejména pro chudší část Evropy. Zda jsou výsledky odpovídající vloženým prostředkům je již otázka spíše politická. Nezanedbatelným aspektem strukturální politiky EU je její schopnost budovat pocit sounáležitosti mezi jednotlivými státy a obyvateli Evropské unie.cs
