dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce s názvem Práce třídního učitele s třídním kolektivem se zaměřuje na roli třídního učitele v sociálním vývoji třídního kolektivu. Teoretická část se věnuje různým aspektům a typům třídního kolektivu, klimatu třídy a výchovných stylů třídního učitele. V praktické části je popisována práce třídního učitele s třídním kolektivem během tří let ve vybrané třídě na 1. stupni ZŠ. Ke zjištění sociálního vývoje třídního kolektivu byl využit psychodynamický model a dotazníky B-3 a B-4 od R. Brauna. Výsledky ukazují, že práce třídního učitele s třídním kolektivem je komplexní a vyžaduje hluboké porozumění sociální dynamice třídy. Ukazuje se, že třídní učitel hraje klíčovou roli v sociálním vývoji třídního kolektivu a že efektivní využití různých výchovných stylů a přístupů může výrazně ovlivnit klima třídy a tím podpořit schopnosti dětí dosahovat lepších studijních výsledků.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis, entitled Work of a class teacher with a class group, focuses on the role of the class teacher in the social development of the class group. The theoretical part is devoted to various aspects and types of the class collective, the climate of the class and the educational styles of the class teacher. The practical part describes the work of a class teacher with a class team during three years in a selected class at the 1st grade of elementary school. The psychodynamic model and questionnaires B-3 and B-4 by R. Braun were used to determine the social development of the class collective. The results show that the class teacher's work with the class collective is complex and requires a deep understanding of the social dynamics of the class. It turns out that the class teacher plays a key role in the social development of the class group and that the effective use of different educational styles and approaches can significantly influence the climate of the class and thereby support the children's ability to achieve better academic results.	en
