dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou moderního města a urbanismu, přičemž klade důraz na proměny v oblasti bydlení v současných postmoderních městských prostředích, a to od historického vývoje městského prostředí až po současnost, s důrazem na postmoderní urbanismus. Analyzuje klíčové prvky postmoderních měst, jako je decentralizace, diverzita a participace obyvatel, a zkoumá jejich vliv na urbanistické modely a životní prostředí. Text rovněž diskutuje o nových urbanistických konceptech, jako je "15 minutové město" a Smart City, a jejich dopadu na kvalitu života obyvatel a udržitelnost městského rozvoje. Dále se zabývá výzvami spojenými s postmoderními městy, jako jsou změny v architektuře, rozvoj technologií a potřeba udržitelného prostředí. Text také zdůrazňuje roli veřejného prostoru, soukromí a bezpečnosti v kontextu postmoderních měst a diskutuje o různých přístupech k regulaci a sdílení těchto prostorů. Nakonec se zamýšlí nad budoucností postmoderního urbanismu a výzvami, které přináší v souvislosti s rozvojem technologií, sociálních změn a environmentální udržitelností.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the modern city and urbanism, emphasizing the transformations in the field of housing in contemporary postmodern urban environments, from the historical development of the urban environment to the present, with an emphasis on postmodern urbanism. It analyses key elements of postmodern cities, such as decentralisation, diversity and resident participation, and examines their impact on urban patterns and the environment. The text also discusses new urban concepts such as the '15-minute city' and the Smart City, and their impact on the quality of life of residents and the sustainability of urban development. It also discusses the challenges associated with postmodern cities, such as changes in architecture, the development of technology and the need for a sustainable environment. The text also highlights the role of public space, privacy and security in the context of postmodern cities and discusses different approaches to regulating and sharing these spaces. Finally, it considers the future of postmodern urbanism and the challenges it poses in relation to technological development, social change and environmental sustainability.en
