Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti konkrétního investičního záměru. Popsána je problematika týkající se investic, zdroje jejich financování a metody hodnocení. Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení science centra, podpořeného v rámci operačního programu Výzkum a vývoj pro inovace. Investiční projekt je hodnocen vybranými metodami pro hodnocení investice, popsané v odborné literatuře. Charakterizovány jsou také další efekty a přínosy pro podnikatelské prostředí a region, zjištěny za pomoci dat z dotazníkového šetření. Součástí hodnocení je též analýza rizika a analýza plnění specifických cílů investičního projektu. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení, která mohou sloužit jako podklad pro příznivý vývoj investičního projektu v budoucnu.
This Master thesis deals with economical effectivity rating of specific investment plan. Problematics of investment and their financial sources is described. Work is focused on evaluation of the science center, supported by the Operational Program Research and Development for Innovations. Investment project is rated by chosen methods for investment scoring described by professional literature. There are also characterized other effects and benefits for business environment and region obtained from questionnaire survey. Part of score is risk analysis and analysis of fulfilling specific investment plan objectives. At the end of the work are designed recommendations which can serve like support for this investment project in the future.
