Abstract
Práce se zabývá kryptoměnou Bitcoin jakožto alternativní investicí pro firmy. V první části se práce zabývá představením kryptoaktiva, jeho vznikem, na jakém principu funguje a jaké jsou jeho hlavní odlišnosti oproti aktuálnímu finančnímu systému. Dále se práce věnuje daňovým a účetním aspektům Bitcoinu. V druhé části je řešen výběr ideálního způsobu pro konkrétní podnik, u něhož je zjištěno finanční zdraví a volné prostředky k investování. Následně probíhá samotná kalkulace investice, stanovení doporučené doby držení a poté také to, jakým způsobem bude řešena úschova investice. Závěrem jsou popsány možné vlivy, které mohou ovlivnit cenu bitcoinu, a jsou představeny tři scénáře možné výnosnosti s ohledem na vývoj ceny v minulosti a predikce.
The work deals with the Bitcoin cryptocurrency as an alternative investment for companies. In the first part, the work introduces a crypto asset, its creation, on what principle it works and what its features and the main differences are compared to the current financial system. The work is also devoted to tax and accountants aspects of Bitcoin. In the second part, the choice of the ideal method for a specific company is discussed together with financial health and free funds to invest. Subsequently, the calculation of the investment is carried out. Furthermore, the work describes the determination of the recommended holding period and then how the custody of the investment is handled. In conclusion, the possible influences that can affect the price of bitcoin are given and three possible profitability scenarios with regard to past price developments and predictions are presented.
