Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá rétorické techniky aplikované ve veřejných projevech britských a amerických řečníků. Teoretická část se zabývá úvodem do rétoriky, stanovuje otázky pro výzkum a analyzuje klasické a moderní projevy. Praktická část tyto analýzy porovnává a vyvozuje z nich závěry.
Diskuzní část odpovídá na stanovené otázky a závěr shrnuje poznatky vyplývající z práce.
This bachelor's thesis examines the rhetorical techniques applied in public speeches by British and American speakers. The theoretical part deals with an introduction to rhetoric, sets questions for research and analyzes classic and modern speeches. The practical part compares these analyzes and draws conclusions from them. The discussion part answers the set questions and the conclusion summarizes the findings resulting from the thesis.
