dc.description.abstract	The aim of the bachelor thesis is to discover whether women in leading job positions are disadvantaged in comparison to men; and how.This piece of work is looking into gender stereotypes, the segregation in the job market and unequal pay for women.Because this work piece is concentrating on women in leading job positions, it explores their life strategies and the ability to manage the right balance between their career and their family life.We are discovering that women in leading job positions are disadvantaged.Firstly in regards to their financial reward and also from the point of career opportunities and the possibilities of a promotion.We are finding that women in leading job positions are most often of the same opinions and have the same values as men and are prepared to make sacrifices for their careers.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda jsou ženy v řídících pozicích oproti mužům znevýhodněny, případně jak. Práce se zabývá genderovými stereotypy, pracovní segregací na trhu práce, různým platovým ohodnocením mužů a žen. Jelikož se práce zaměřuje na ženy ve vedoucích pozicích, zkoumá jejich životní strategie a jak se jim daří kombinovat pracovní a rodinný život. Zjišťujeme, že ženy ve vedoucích pozicích znevýhodněné jsou. Jak už z finančního hlediska, tak z hlediska možného kariérního postupu a možnosti povýšení. Dozvídáme se, že ženy ve vedoucích pozicích často sdílejí podobné názory a hodnoty jako muži a jsou ochotny své práci mnoho obětovat.	cs
