dc.description.abstractThe thesis describes implementation process of the Directive 2007/64/EC issued by the European Parliament and the Council on 13 November 2007, the effect of payment services in the internal market on the legislation of the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with specific impact on the banking market and on the bodies carrying out the transactions. The theoretical part of thesis serves as introduction to the SEPA phenomenon, its historical development, the payment tools and present development; not only in the Czech Republic but also in foreign countries.The practical part of thesis deals with the implementation process of the Directive to the legislation whilst comparing individual banks in the Czech Republic in terms of changes brought by the Payments Act No.284/2009 Coll. The thesis also includes survey illustrating consumer satisfaction with the banking services after the Act came into force. The results are depicted in the form of tables and pie charts. The aim of the thesis is to present a comprehensive view of the SEPA issue.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce popisuje proces implementace Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2007/64/ES ze dne 13. 11. 2007 o platebních službách na vnitřním trhu do legislativy České republiky. Zabývá se konkrétními dopady na bankovní trh a na účastníky platebního styku. Teoretická část práce uvádí do problematiky SEPA, zabývá se její historií, platebními nástroji a současným vývojem nejenom v České republice, ale i v zahraničí. Praktická část práce se věnuje procesu implementace Směrnice do legislativy a zároveň porovnává jednotlivé banky v České republice z hlediska změn, které přinesl nový zákon o platebním styku č. 284/2009 Sb. Součástí práce je průzkum spokojenosti klientů se službami bank po novele zákona. Data získaná metodou kvantitativního výzkumu, byla zpracována ve formě tabulek a výsečových grafů. Cílem diplomové práce je podat ucelený pohled na problematiku SEPA.cs
