Abstract
Ve své diplomové práci na téma Indický pojistný trh a jeho porovnání s českým pojistných trhem se snažím analyzovat trh pojištění v Indické republice, zejména trh neživotního pojištění, a porovnat ho s trhem českým. První část práce stručně pojednává o historickém vývoji země a jeho pojistného trhu, a seznamuje čtenáře se základními ukazateli země. Druhá část se zabývá indickým podnikatelským prostředím, jmenovitě politickým a ekonomickým prostředím. Popisuje domácí i zahraniční vztahy, regulační prostředí, demografické souvislosti, stav monetární a fiskální politiky a problémy, se kterými se země potýká. Třetí kapitola je věnována situaci na indickém trhu neživotního pojištění v roce 2006 - 2007. Podrobněji rozebírá hráče na trhu neživotního pojištění, analyzuje hlavní produkty, distribuční kanály a současný zajistný trh. Čtvrtá část se zabývá prognózou budoucích let zejména v souvislosti s aktuálně probíhající deregulací sazeb pojistného a restrikcemi stále omezující vstup zahraničních subjektů na indický trh. Pátá část popisuje současný stav na českém pojistném trhu. V poslední kapitole je dána do kontextu předešlá analýza obou trhů a konfrontovány hlavní ukazatele reprezentující trh neživotního pojištění.
My thesis is focused on the analysis of the Indian insurance market and its comparison to the Czech insurance market, especially the non-life insurance type. In the first section of the thesis is a short elaboration about the history of the country and its insurance market to be found. The second one analyses the Indian corporate environment, with focus on economy and state policies. It describes its internal and foreign relations, demographic context, monetary and fiscal policies and problems of the country. The third section analyses Indian non-life insurance market in years 2006-2007. It details the main competitors of the market, their products, distribution channels and present re-insurance market. The fourth section addresses the prognosis for the upcoming years in context with the ongoing deregulation of the insurance rates and restrictions for the admission of foreign subjects to the Indian market. The fifth section describes present state of the Czech market. The final section puts analyses of the markets to perspective with the main indicators of the non-life insurance market.
