dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním syndromu vyhoření u učitelů městských a vesnických mateřských škol. Výzkumný vzorek sestává z učitelek/ů a ředitelek mateřských škol napříč Českou republikou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce definuje syndrom vyhoření se všemi jeho náležitostmi, zabývá se také tématem učitele a jeho profese. Praktická část práce porovnává míru syndromu vyhoření u městských a vesnických učitelů mateřských škol za využití standardizovaného dotazníku. Toto šetření ukázalo, že počet případů vyhoření mezi testovanými skupinami nebyl statisticky významně odlišný, ačkoliv výsledky se přiklánějí k vytyčeným hypotézám. Předpoklady, které byly stanoveny k doplňujícím otázkám, byly výzkumem potvrzeny.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis deals with the investigation of the burnout syndrome among urban and rural kindergarten teachers. The research sample consist of teachers and principals of kindergartens across the Czech Republic. The work is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the burnout syndrome with all its requirements, it also deals with the topic of the teacher and his profession. The practical part of the work compares the degree of burnout among urban and rural kindergarten teachers using a questionnaire survey. This investigation showed that the number of cases of burnout syndrome between the tested groups was not statistically significantly different, although the results lean towards the set out hypotheses. Assumptions that were set for the supplementary questions were confirmed by the research.	en
