Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce je rozdílné pojetí existenciální filosofie Alberta Camuse a Jeana-Paula Sartra a její historický kontext. Práce pojednává o existencialismu jako jednom z nejvlivnějších proudů novodobé filosofie. Rozebírá hlavní myšlenky filosofie existence, její počátky a soustředí se především na její pojetí z pohledu Alberta Camuse a Jeana-Paula Sartra.Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol a podkapitol. V první části se zabývá obecnými principy filosofie existence, jejím vývojem a prvními představiteli. V hlavní části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé existenciální myšlenky a názory obou francouzských filosofů, jejich počátky a postupný vývoj v průběhu života. Součástí této analýzy je také rozbor některých známých literárních děl obou představitelů, ve kterých jsou ilustrovány jejich hlavní filosofické principy. Poslední část pojednává o vztahu Camuse a Sartra k marxismu a dotýká se pojmu transcendence v rámci existencialismu. Závěrem stanovuje hlavní rozdíly mezi myšlenkami obou francouzských filosofů.
This thesis deals with the different conception of existential philosophy of Albert Camus and Jean-Paul Sartre and with its historical context. The work concerns itself with existentialism as one of the most influential stream of modern philosophy. It analyses the main concepts of existential philosophy, its beginnings and it focuses mainly on its conception from the point of view of Albert Camus and Jean-Paul Sartre. The thesis is divided into particular chapters and subchapters. The first part is concerned with general principles of existential philosophy, with its development and its first representatives. The main part analyses the main existential ideas and opinions of both of the French philosophers, their beginnings and progressive development in the course of life. The analysis of some of the well-known literary works of both representatives forms an integral part of the theses, where the main philosophical principles are illustrated. The last part treats the relationship of Camus and Sartre to Marxism and it touches the concept of transcendence within existentialism. The conclusion determines the main differences among the thoughts of both of these French philosophers.
