Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci prvků environmentálních managementu v ubytovacích zařízeních v Libereckém kraji. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny a blíže přiblíženy pojmy, které souvisí s klasifikací a certifikací ubytovacích zařízeních. Dále teoretická část obsahuje pojmy které se týkají environmentálního managementu a jeho výhody a nevýhody. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat uplatňování prvků environmentálního managementu v ubytovacích zařízeních v Libereckém kraji. Výsledky výzkumu jsou uvedeny v praktické části bakalářské práce. Na základě výsledků lze vidět, jakým způsobem ubytovací zařízení v Libereckém kraji uplatňují environmentální management.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the application of elements of environmental management in accommodation facilities in the Liberec region. The theoretical part explains and approaches the concepts related to the classification and certification of accommodation facilities. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains concepts that relate to environmental management and its advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the application of elements of environmental management in accommodation facilities in the Liberec region. The results of the research are presented in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. Based on the results, it is possible to see how the accommodation facility in the Liberec region applies environmental management.
