Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálními trendy v sociální práci s rodinou ohroženou syndromem CAN. Jejím cílem je charakterizovat nejen syndrom CAN, ale i metody a techniky, které jsou využívány sociálními pracovnicemi na oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práci tvoří dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jedná se o část teoretickou, která na základě zpracování odborných zdrojů popisuje teorie, specifika a etické zásady sociální práce s rodinou, definuje syndrom CAN a jeho jednotlivé formy. Dále se zabývá legislativním uchopením rodiny v kontextu sociální práce a ochrany dítěte, definuje sociálně-právní ochranu dětí. V poslední kapitole jsou vybrány specifické techniky a metody využívané při práci s rodinou, ve které byly zjištěny projevy syndromu CAN, výběr vychází především z aktuální odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje východiska výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím analýzy spisové dokumentace a anketního šetření. Výzkum vychází z hlavního předpokladu, že na základě rozvoje nových metod a technik v sociální práci, které sociální pracovnice na oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí využívají, dochází k sanování rodiny, čímž klesá množství dětí umístěných mimo primární rodinu. Hlavním zjištěním výzkumu je, že skutečně dochází k nárůstu k praktickému využívání metod a technik v sociální práci s ohroženou rodinou a do problému je zapojeno více zainteresovaných subjektů.
Bachelor thesis deals with current trends in social work with families threatened by a syndrome CAN. Aim of study is not only to characterize this sydrome but also to describe methods and techniques used by social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children. This study consists of two main areas. Theoretical part describes specifics and ethical principles of social work with families, defines the syndrome and its various forms based on processing of expert resources. Finally it deals with legislative clarification of family in the context of social work and child protection, defines social and legal protection of children. Specific techniques and methods used in social work with families where it was detected the syndrome CAN are selected in the last chapter. Primarily is the selection of these techniques and methods based on Czech current specialised literature. Practical part contains the resources of research. The research was implemented by analyzing the file documentation and public inquiry. The main assumption of research is the idea that the development of new methods and techniques in social work used by social workers in the department of social and legal protection of children guids the families and the number of children placed outside the primary family falls. Conclusion of research is the fact that the practical use of methods and techniques in social work with vulnerable families really increses and more stakeholders is involved in cases.
