dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce s názvem "Zdroje financování podnikových investic" je nalezení vhodného způsobu financování konkrétní podnikové investice pro středně velký výrobní podnik, a to s důrazem na leasing a bankovní úvěr. Cílem teoretické části práce je popsání fází, typů a metod hodnocení podnikových investic a představení možných způsobů jejich financování. Druhá část práce spočívá v analýze bankovního a leasingového trhu v České republice se zaměřením na produkty nabízející financování podnikových investic charakteru hmotného dlouhodobého majetku. V praktické části bakalářské práce je představen regionální výrobní podnik, zamýšlená investice a nalezení vhodného způsobu financování pomocí komparace leasingu a bankovního úvěru z hlediska finanční efektivity a při zohlednění ostatních aspektů. Závěry této práce by měly poskytnout podklady vedení podniku pro rozhodovací proces o výběru způsobu financování dané podnikové investice.cs
dc.description.abstractThe matter of the thesis: "Sources of financing for Business Investments" is to find appropriate procedure of financing specific investment project in the context of one middle sized production enterprise, with a focus on leasing and bank loan in terms of financial and non-financial aspects. The aim of the theoratical part of the work is to describe methods of evaluating, stages and types of business investments and the possibilities of their financing. The second part consists in analysis of the offer of leasing and loan products on the market in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on products that offer financing long-term tangible assets. In the practical part of the thesis is introduced regional production enterprise, intended business investment and finding an appropriate method of financing the investment with comparison of leasing and bank loan. The conclusions of the thesis should provide background information and data for the decision-making process of the company's management about the method of financing the intended investment.en
