dc.description.abstractThe subject of the Bachelor Degree Thesis Senat of the Czech republic: Analyse and Evaluation is an analysis of the second chamber of Parliament of the Czech republic and the effort to compare the pros and cons of the second chamber. The first part of the Bachelor Degree Thesis deals with the broader and more general range of political topics (such as political system, parliementarism, bicameralism, parliament, second chamber of the parliament). The second part of the Bachelor Degree Thesis deals with applications of these general principles directly to the Czech republic. Main focus of the second part of the Bachelor Degree Thesis is devoted to the topic of the Czech Senate. Analyzed the history of the Senate, the Senate functions and finally the legitimacy of the Senate. The conclusion is the question whether the Senat has a rightful place in the Constitution of the Czech republic.en
dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce Senát České republiky: Analýza a hodnocení je analýza druhé komory parlamentu České republiky a snaha porovnat klady a zápory existence druhé komory. První část práce se zabývá širším a obecnějším okruhem politických témat (jako např. politický systém, parlamentarismus, bikameralismus, parlament, horní komora parlamentu). Druhá část práce se zabývá aplikací těchto obecných principů přímo na Českou republiku. Hlavní pozornost druhé části práce je věnována tématu Senátu České republiky. Je proveden rozbor historie Senátu, funkcí Senátu a na závěr legitimity Senátu. Závěr práce dochází k otázce zdali má Senát oprávněné místo v Ústavě České republiky.cs
