Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza změn ve struktuře zaměstnanosti v odvětvích bankovnictví a pojišťovnictví se zaměřením na Českou republiku s ohledem na automatizaci pracovních míst. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů týkajících se zkoumaných subjektů a jevů. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy pracovních míst, a to jak jejich potenciálu, tak i počtu míst, které byly zrobotizovány a následný vliv na celý sektor. Stěžejní částí praktické části je strukturovaný rozhovor s aplikačním manažerem bankovní instituce v České republice, ze kterého podstatná část práce vychází a analyzuje jej.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze changes in the structure of employment in the banking and insurance sectors with a focus on the Czech Republic with regard to job automation. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of concepts related to the examined subjects and phenomena. The practical part consists of an analysis of jobs, both their potential and the number of jobs that have been robbed and the subsequent impact on the entire sector. The main part of the practical part is a structured interview with the application manager of a banking institution in the Czech Republic, from which a substantial part of the work is based and analyzes it.
