Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření sborníku teambuildingových a pohybových aktivit a her, které se mohou uplatnit při utváření týmové spolupráce ve firmách. V teoretické části bude vysvětlen pojem teambuilding a bude sepsána historie teambuildingu v Čechách a ve světě. Následující část se bude věnovat budování týmu a všem kapitolám, které souvisí se správným fungováním týmu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části budou představeny hry a aktivity a jejich využívání. Praktická část bakalářské práce bude zpracována jako sborník teambuildingových pohybových aktivit a her, rozdělených podle charakteristiky a účelu využití.
The aim of my work is to create a collection of teambuilding and physical activities and games that can be applied in the company. The theoretical part will explain the concept of teambuilding and will be written the history of teambuilding in the Czech Republic and in the world. The following section will be devide into teambuilding and all the chapters that relate to the proper functioning of the team. The last chapter of the theoretical part will introduce games and activities. The practical part is formed as a collection of physical activities and teambuilding games, broken down by characteristics and applications.
