dc.description.abstractThe theoretical part of the baccalaureate paper deals with the issues of elderness and getting old. Apart from the specification of the aging process itself, herein can be found the legislative frame, which is a component of the system that provides health care in residential institutions for residencial care and the subsequent arguementation of performance to the health insurance companies, including all administrative issues that are connected. In the practical part, institutions in which the research had been done are discribed, as well as the cooperation between individual institutions and doctors. Results from surveys that were focused on the clients of social care services as well as a focus on the health care personnel and its goal to map the satisfaction of the clients with the offered health care and the satisfaction of the health care personnel, with the way the health care services are being offered to the clients.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou stáří a stárnutí. Kromě vymezení problematiky samotného procesu stárnutí je zde vymezen legislativní rámec, o který se opírá systém poskytování zdravotní péče v pobytových zařízeních sociální péče a následné vykazování výkonů zdravotním pojišťovnám, včetně veškeré administrativní problematiky s tím spojené. V praktické části jsou popsána zařízení v nichž byl prováděn průzkum a způsob spolupráce každého jednotlivého zařízení s lékařem. Jsou zde zachyceny výsledky průzkumu, který byl zaměřený na klienty sociální služby i na zdravotnický personál a měl za cíl zmapovat spokojenost klientů s poskytovanou zdravotní péčí a spokojenost zdravotnického personálu se způsobem jakým je zdravotní péče klientům poskytována.cs
