dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výživu a zařazení vybraných témat z oblasti výživy do výuky přírodopisu na druhém stupni základních škol. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozdělení a charakteristiku základních makroživin s významem vlivu těchto látek na lidský organismus. Dále práce zdůrazňuje důležitost a význam správné životosprávy, včetně správného poměru základních živin. Součástí diplomové práce jsou informace o výhodách a nevýhodách konzumace jednotlivých vybraných surovin. Práce propojuje historii stravování s vlivem tradic na naší zemi a porovnává stravování okolních zemí. V praktické části je vytvořena metodická příručka pro učitele, kteří mohou vybraná témata začlenit do výuky přírodopisu, a to jak v samotném předmětu, tak i v návaznosti na mezipředmětové vztahy v jiných předmětech (zeměpis, chemie, dějepis aj.)	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis focuses on nutrition and the integration of selected topics from the field of nutrition into the teaching of natural science at the second level of primary schools. The theoretical part includes the division and characteristics of basic macronutrients with the significance of the influence of these substances on the human organism. Furthermore, the work emphasizes the importance of proper lifestyle, including properly composed nutrition. As part of the thesis, the advantages and disadvantages of consuming individual selected raw materials are also described. The work connects the history of eating with the influence of traditions in our country and compares the eating habits of surrounding countries. In the practical part, a methodological guide for teachers is created, who can integrate selected topics into the teaching of natural science, both in the subject itself and in connection with interdisciplinary relationships in other subjects.	en
