Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem motorických schopností u dětí předškolního věku, konkrétně se zaměřením na reakční rychlost. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice předškolního věku, motorickým předpokladům a významu pohybové hry pro rozvoj dětí v tomto období. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytvoření a realizaci intervenčního programu podporujícího rozvoj rychlostních schopností u dětí předškolního věku. Program obsahuje sborník her s důrazem na rozvoj reakční rychlosti. Každá aktivita je doplněna o stručný popis, cíl a potřebné pomůcky. Efektivita programu byla ověřena testováním reakční rychlosti u experimentální a kontrolní skupiny před zahájením a po ukončení intervence.
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of motor skills in preschool children, specifically focusing on reaction speed. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of preschool age, motor prerequisites and the importance of motor play for the development of children in this period. The practical part focuses on the design and implementation of an intervention program supporting the development of speed skills in preschool children. The programme includes a collection of games with an emphasis on the development of reaction speed. Each activity is accompanied by a brief description, the aim and the necessary aids. The effectiveness of the program was verified by testing reaction speed in the experimental and control groups before and after the intervention.
