dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá kontakty dětí v pěstounské péči s biologickou rodinou. V této práci je východiskem skutečnost, že mezi povinnosti pěstouna patří udržovat a prohlubovat sounáležitost dítěte s osobami blízkými, zejména s rodiči. V práci je uvedena legislativa v oblasti pěstounské péče a příprava jednotlivých účastníků na společné setkání. Jsou zde také zmíněny stěžejní kompetence sociálního pracovníka při realizaci kontaktu. Cílem práce je inovace metodiky při realizaci kontaktů ve vybraném zařízení. Tato bakalářská práce je tvořena z teoretické a praktické části, součástí praktické části je výzkum realizovaný ve vybraném zařízení. Výzkumná data jsou získána prostřednictvím řízeného rozhovoru a otázky se zaměřují na realizaci kontaktu s ohledem na zajištění bezpečí dítěte a také na kompetence sociálního pracovníka při realizaci setkání. Na základě výsledků výzkumu je vytvořen jednoduchý informační leták, který slouží jako podpora pro pracovníky, kteří realizují kontakt a zároveň je tento leták výsledkem zamýšlené inovace.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis deals with the contacts between a child in foster care and the original family. In this, the starting point is the fact that the duties of a foster parents include maintaining work and deepening the child's belonging with loved ones, especially with parents. Legislation in the field of foster care and preparation of individual participants at joint meetings is presented in the work. The core competencies of the social worker in implementing contact are also mentioned here. The goal of the work is to innovate the methodology for making contacts in the selected facility. This bachelor's thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part, part of the practical part is research carried out in the selected facility. The research data is obtained trough a guided interview and the questions focused on the implementation of the contact with regard to ensuring the safety of the child, as well as on the competence of the social worker in the implementation of the meeting. Based on the results of the research, a simple information leaflet is created, which serves as a support for the workers who implement the contact and at the same time this leaflet is the result of the intended innovation.	en
