dc.description.abstractThe bacalary thesis with the theme "Advantages and Disadvantages of the Implementation of the Eurocurrency for the Czech Republic with a View to Appreciation of the Influences on the Czech Economics and Impact on Companies Management Dealing with International Trade" is concerned with the issue of European monetary integration. The purpose is to analyse and to appreciate activities of the Czech Republic related to preparations for implementation of the Eurocurrency and actual and expected positive and negative influences of the Eurocurrency on the Czech economy and companies dealing with international trade. The first part is intended on description of the eurozone and its function in light of the conditions and ways of enter to the eurozone. The second part is concentrated on analyse of activities made by the Czech Republic in certain areas in connection with the preparations and necessity to meet the criteria of the European Union for implementation of the Eurocurrency. This part also describes advantages and disadvantages resulting from adoption euro. The next two following parts summarize process and impacts of implementation of the Eurocurrency on Slovakia and Slovenia. The final part is intended on accounting of practical cases which international companies have to account in connection with their business contacts of foreign business partners. The conclusion takes in evaluation and general resume of this theme in conjunction with the formulation of position of the author.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s tématem "Výhody a nevýhody zavedení eura pro Českou republiku se zaměřením na zhodnocení vlivů na její ekonomiku a dopadů na hospodaření podniků zabývajících se mezinárodním obchodem" se zabývá problematikou evropské měnové integrace s aplikací na Českou republiku. Cílem této práce je analyzovat a poté zhodnotit činnosti České republiky související s jejími přípravami na zavedení jednotné evropské měny, a její současné a očekávané pozitivní a negativní vlivy na českou ekonomiku a na podniky zabývající se mezinárodním obchodem. První část je zaměřena na popis fungování eurozóny z hlediska podmínek a způsobů vstupu. Druhá část se soustřeďuje na analýzu činností, jež Česká republika zatím podnikla v určitých oblastech v souvislosti s přípravami a nutností splněním podmínek pro zavedení jednotné evropské měny. Tato část rovněž pojednává o pozitivech a negativech plynoucích z přijetí eura. Další část zhodnocuje proces a dopady zavedení eura na Slovensku a Slovinsku a poslední část je zaměřena na praktickou ukázku účtování případů, jež v současnosti nastávají zahraničním podnikům sídlícím v ČR v souvislosti s jejich obchodními styky se zahraničními partnery. Závěr obsahuje vyhodnocení a celkové shrnutí daného tématu společně s formulací vlastního názoru autorky.cs
