dc.description.abstractThe theme of this diploma is "Analyse of mortgage credits in the Czech Republic". This diploma is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter deals with general characteristic of the mortgage credit. The credit process and conditions of mortgage credit, for example re-insurance, credit drawdown and credit repayment are described. The next chapter attends to issue mortgage credits in the Czech Republic. This chapter inquires the legislature, the development of mortgage banking system in the Czech countries, the nowaday situation and the prognosis of the future development of the mortgage credit. The third chapter describes the conception of refinancing of the mortgage credit, which is fundamental for the practical chapter of this thesis. The chosen banks and their bank products, which are analysed in the practical chapter are described in the fourth chapter. The last, fifth chapter of this thesis is focused on the refinancing of the mortgage credit. On the basis of found information and parameters, the research of offers about refinancing the mortgage credits by chosen banks was made.en
dc.description.abstractTéma mé diplomové práce je "Analýza hypotečních úvěrů v České republice". Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. První část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou hypotečního úvěru. Dále je zde nastíněn úvěrový proces a také obecné podmínky tohoto produktu, jako je např. zajištění, čerpání a splácení. Následující kapitola je věnována problematice hypotečních úvěrů na území České republiky z pohledu legislativy, vývoje hypotečního bankovnictví v českých zemích, současného stavu a prognózy budoucího vývoje. V pořadí třetí část charakterizuje pojem refinancování hypotečního úvěru, který je stěžejním pro praktickou část této diplomové práce. Vybrané bankovní domy a jejich hypoteční produkty, které jsou analyzovány na příkladu v praktické části, jsou charakterizovány v rámci čtvrté kapitoly. Poslední, pátá praktická část mé diplomové práce je zaměřena na refinancování stávajícího hypotečního úvěru. Na základě zjištěných informací a parametrů je zde podrobně proveden průzkum a komparace jednotlivých nabídek refinancování hypotečních úvěrů vybraných bankovních ústavů.cs
