dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou působení speciálních pedagogů v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením se zaměřením na dospělé s mentálním postižením. Věnuje se naplňování specifických potřeb dospělých s mentálním postižením v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením v souvislosti s působením speciálních pedagogů. Klade si za cíl popsat využití speciálních pedagogů a speciálně pedagogických přístupů. Práce je zpracována ve dvou částech, teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část diplomové práce s pomocí odborných publikací, internetových zdrojů a dalších pramenů vymezuje sociální službu domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Dále popisuje psychosociální specifika života člověka s mentálním postižením s ohledem na vývojové zvláštnosti dospělého věku. Teoretická část se také zabývá rolí speciálního pedagoga v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením s ohledem na speciálně pedagogickou reflexi specifických potřeb klientů zařízení. Empirická část si klade za cíl nalézt odpovědi na výzkumné otázky, týkající působnosti speciálního pedagoga a aplikaci speciálně pedagogických přístupů v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením se zaměřením na dospělé s mentálním postižením. Opatření, navrhovaná v závěru diplomové práce, směřují k posílení zastoupení speciálních pedagogů v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with problems of influence of special educators at homes for people with disabilities focusing on adults with mental disabilities. It deals with saturation the specific needs of adults with mental disabilities in homes for people with disabilities in connection with the activity of special educator. Its aim is to describe the use of special educators and special educational approaches. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the thesis - with help of scientific publications, internet sources and further resources determines social service home for people with disabilities. It also describes the psychosocial specifics of human life with mental disabilities with regard to the developmental particularities of adulthood. The theoretical part also deals with the role of special educator in homes for people with disabilities with respect to special educational reflection specific needs of clients of the facilities. The empirical part aims to find answers to research questions about the role of special educator and application of specially educational approaches at homes for people with disabilities focusing on mentally handicapped adults. The measures suggested in the end of the diploma thesis aim to better representation of special educators at homes for people with disabilities.	en
