Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem obchodování ropy na světových trzích.
Začátek se týká stručného shrnutí historických událostí, jež měly za následek rozvoj a intenzifikaci využití této ropy v moderních ekonomikách, což se odrazilo v její rychle rostoucí poptávce. Další kapitoly charakterizují světový, evropský a český trh s ropou a poukazují nejen na její energetický a ekonomický význam, ale i na její roli politicky a strategicky významné komodity. Poslední dvě kapitoly se věnují dopadům války na Ukrajině na vývoj ceny ropy a jejích derivátů a odhadují vývoj trhu s ropou ve střednědobém a dlouhodobém horizontu. V závěru práce shrnuje získané poznatky a odpovídá na stanovenou výzkumnou otázku.
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of oil trading on world markets. It begins with a brief summary of the historical events that have resulted in the boom and abundance of the use of this commodity in modern economies, which ultimately resulted in its, increasingly and rapidly, growing demand. The following chapters characterise the world, European and Czech oil markets and highlight not only its energy and economic importance, but also its role as a politically and strategically important commodity. The last two chapters deal with the impact of the war in Ukraine on the price of oil and its derivatives and estimate the development of the oil market in the medium and long term. The thesis concludes by summarizing the findings and answering the research question.
